FIRST COURSE

PIZZA CON ZUCCHINI
Thin crust hand-tossed pizza, mozzarella, basil pesto,
grilled zucchini, topped with zucchini blossoms and fresh marjoram.

La Gioiosa prosecco, Venetian spritzer.

SECOND COURSE

INSALATA DI BARBABIETOLE
Roasted beets, toasted hazelnuts, goat cheese,
arugula drizzled with lemon oil.
Cembra, pinot grigio.


THIRD COURSE

RISOTTO AI FUNGHI MISTI

Aged organic carnaroli rice simmered in porcini broth,
mixed wild mushrooms and black truffle butter.
Ottosoldi, Barbara Del Monferrato.

COSTOLETTE DI MAIALE ALLA PALERMITANA
Grilled breaded pork chop served with arugula shaved fennel
blood orange segments salad tossed with citrus oil and roasted potatoes.

Cafaggio, Chianti classico riserva.
